This is a review on Sephora's Outrageous Volume Dramatic Volume Mascara.
Don't be fooled by its luxurious turd shaped tube. It was not too expensive ($18, as opposed to the $32 ones that I sometimes get cuz that's how much I love mascara) and it certainly aint a piece of shit.
The bristles are short and not intertwined. I like this cuz to me it means no clumping and more seperating. With lashes separated, it gives you a fuller look.
It can also be used to make your venus flytraps look more sexy and luscious to attract sexist male flies
If you like things to be outrageously LOUD and full of drama, then Sephora's Outrageous Volume Dramatic Volume Mascara because it is outrageous and and it really pumps up the volume. They don't have a waterproof one yet, so i think thats where the drama comes in. It goes well with crying if you want that 90's grunge chick look.

I would like to to take the opportunity to further express how cool i am, and how you too can be almost as cool as me. Did you know that your level of coolness can be measured by your organizational skills?
It started with using shoeboxes to keep my baking stuff together. Then i saw those cute red tool boxes at canadian tire and saw that it wasn't stupid expensive. My coolness kicked in and decided this would be perfect and ultra cool to use for my supplies.
I got the Medium sized one. Right now it holds my Sprinkles, Food Colouring, Dust Powders, Extracts, Lavender, Vanilla Beans, a Slab of Sugar Paste, Palette Knife, Apron, Mini bags for cookies, piping bags, my bakers notebook and a bunch of other stuff.
Another tip for having a cool inventory is buying ingredients when you are far from home. They make a great souvenir for yourself, and when you bake stuff, and tell people about it, you can entice them with the fact that your vanilla came straight from a little store in Puerto Vallarta where you got to try some tequila samples, or that your lavender is from a lavender farm that you visited in Kelowna last summer. It totally ups the value of your baked goods if your ingredients come with a story of travel and adventure.
Here's an example:
Lucky Chap Who Gets To Try My Stuff- "Oh these Earl Grey Cookies are simply divine!"
Me- "I'll have you know, that the earl grey i used in the recipe comes from a hotel i stayed at when i visited Kelowna last summer. It came with the complimentary breakfast. Ahaha!"
LCWGTTMS- "Oh that's wonderful! I love tasting other people's travel and adventure in cookie form!"
So work on your pantry and storage skills, and soon, you too might hear things like "Wow! This tastes better than anything else i've ever tried!"
Yesterday was such a cranky moody day. This morning i decided not to waste today like i did the previous day. Today was going to be a lovely day. Been listening to upbeat music to get in a cheery mood! Went for lunch with my sister Diane, and on the walk ran into this:
A beautiful doilie chillin' out max with a dandelion! I left the doilie there cuz that's where it was meant to be. It really is a beautiful life though isn't it!
Here are some songs and videos that make me feel happy!
Something Else by Diamond Rings. This song is so cute. I didn't care for it at first, but now i'm so into it.
I love this song Here Comes Your Man by the pixies, but i also love Joseph Gordon Levitt's version in the movie 500 Days of Summer. this song is "about winos and hobos traveling on the trains, who die in the California Earthquake"
I'm also really hopped up on lavender oil and osmanthus oil.
My sister is having a baby, so we arranged a gangster themed baby shower. One of the games was the classic baby shower game: Pin the sperm on the egg. You can't buy a uterus at your local party supply store, so i made a painting of one instead. I got the idea from my friend Kelly who made one for our friend Scott and Sara's baby shower and it looked so cool. This is what mine looks like from start to finish. Brace yourselves.
You will need:
Posterboard any colour (can get this from a dollar store. u can get all u need from a dollar store actually.)
paper (any kind will do. construction paper is good so it's not too flimsy)
Use leftover sperm to stick on Mom To Be's belly.

Playlist: The Pretty Reckless - Light Me Up album. Soo into this band right now. Been awhile since i've found another good female fronted rock band that inspires me.
I found this video on Derek's blog. It was from the day P. from New York wanted to do a photoshoot of me. I asked Derek and Beeej to come with me, and whilst getting ready, we had this time lapse video filming. God we're so full of ourselves. Ready, Set, Gold!
Mary Jo Eustace and Ken Kostick Hosts CBC's What's for Dinner
Today mother told me that Ken Kostick from What's for Dinner passed away. I remember watching this show when i was just a child. This was before i started watching Martha Stewart instead of going to the mall with all the other tweens. Ken Kostick was also the first homosexual TV host i've ever been exposed to. This man has made a definite imprint on my life, shaping my passion for homecooking and being fabulous all at the same time. Thank you Mr. Kostick. May you rest in peace.
The TV is showing UFC fights, so i thought i might try entertaining myself by learning more about how to use this blog. This new feature is called THINK ABOUT IT. Every so often, like when i can't bother sitting there watching a UFC fight, i will update the feature with something for you to think about. Check it out, it's downstairs right at the bottom of the page.
Also, while i'm here, maybe i can share my adventure today. I went to richmond job, and got off early. I went to Richmond Public Market for some tentacles. This place is soo good. I got a bag of nearly rotting mushrooms for 69cents. 2 for a dollar but i only needed one. Got some shrimp. And a bag of basil for much cheaper than anywhere else. Went home by Canada Line smelling of squid tentacles.
AND THEN I MADE SOME FREAKIN CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP!!! I can never go back to canned. Its quite simple. Dice onions, mushrooms, garlic. Throw a royal amount of butter into the non stick pot, i threw in some truffle oil, cuz i be pimp like that in the kitchen, and then throw in the stuffs. Let it yummify, then add a splidgen of flour, and plenty mouthfulls of evaporated milk and water and whipping cream.
