Longanisa

This post is LONGANISA. It's delicious. I love it. It makes me eat rice. There are a few brands out there. I decided to try these two. The Bulacan one has MSG. The other one is a product of the USA. WTF? IKR? OMG. IMO. GTFO. STFU. Ok here we go:




Throw onto a skillet and add some water. It's better if you have a non-stick pan. For flavour and mental health reasons.


At this point i like to poke the links with a fork and watch the juices spurt out.

Cook until the water has evaporated and you're left with this sticky mess of caramelized sausage juices. If your into it, cook until slightly charred and black. U can achieve this look by using the nonstick. The bulacan one tasted far superior BTW.

Serve these bad boys with garlic fried rice, fried eggs, tomatoes, n stuff. Or just rice. Man i love life.
